Open up the Node editor. The colour is being controlled by a simple gradient. You can see it on the top of the layout. Just double click that, and adjust the colours to suit! :)
Note also, the Blinn specular shader is also tinted, so you'll have to tweak that if you don't want green speckles :)

Thanks for the preset - I don't use nodes in LightWave, so its a good starting point.
Crit: If lights are beyond a certain level it produces black specular highlights (like 1960s TV!) Changed Mixer[1] node to Normal.
No Refl. Blur.
Also, to make metallic paint look really good you need a slight variation in colour from incidence and also good to have an overlay colour that fades alpha towards 90 degrees. Then a separate lacquer object slightly smooth shifted away.
