This is just a basic setup, feel free to replace the materials with something fancy ;)
The hardest part is to adapt it to new model, the Edge node sometimes has hard time trying to analyze more complex meshes.

Unfortunately, not the way we would want it to, in Layout during rendering your objects are all freezed, so I believe there's no way to have a nice, SubD wires like in Modeler. Because of that, for fades with SubDish wires its still 2 Modeler screens and Photoshop ;/
