I loaded it up and tried to apply it to a surface in Lightwave and it said "No surface data in this file." I must be doing something wrong. Is this only for FPRIME?

Sorry its a volumetric light prese, I should have been clearer.

Download the scene files (you need the image files for the preset anyway), and you will see whats going on.
